His Father name is Bakhshal Khan Shahani. His father himself has devoted his time & skills to Music. His father have been a poet of times. And he as remained with the most famous personalities in the world of Sindhi Music & literature, "Manzoor Sakhirani" & "Ustaad Bukhari". Mr. Bk Shahani (Balak's Father) has written for Manzoor Sakhirani for a long time. He is a poet, writer and Musicain of many instruments. Besides, he also devoted his time for people of sindh by his experienced way of teaching in Higher Secondary School. Well, Balak Sindhi got inspired of his skillfull father. And persuade him to be in the company of Manzoor Sakhirani, Ustaad Bukhari, and his father Bakhshal Shahani. Manzoor Sakhirani & Ustaad Bukhari put his name "Balak Sindhi" because at that time he was just 10. That name have made him ever young, because 'Balak' means child.
